The bright yellow coloring ensures that the knives are easy to find even in a busy work environment. The handle, which extends towards the edge, provides extra safety. Polyamide (PA) is extremely strong and combines excellent rigidity with high impact resistance. Good abrasion resistance and non-slip properties are advantageous, it can be sterilized and is suitable for temperatures up to 80-100°C.
