The smallest member of the Wüsthof forged chef's knife series, the Classic, which has been popular for decades, has a blade of "only" 12 cm. The series itself consists of 8 chef's knives. But as small as a pepper, it is also strong, because with such a compact, small blade we can make even finer cuts and easily process even the smallest vegetables, fruits and meats.
