The blade is made of molybdenum-vanadium steel, which is very durable and often used to make surgical knives. It has non-stick ribs. The handle is antibacterially treated elastomer, which is non-slip and easy to grip, very hygienic and durable. Extremely rust-resistant and suitable for professional use.
